At the beginning of the 20th century, radium was looked upon as the next wonder cure for all sorts of ailments. It was even used to create luminous watch faces for soldiers in the trenches of World War I. Follow the tragic and inspirational story of three dial painters employed by the US Radium Corporation: Grace Fryer, Kathryn Shaub, and Irene Rudolph who are unknowingly exposed to the dangers of radium through their efforts. With time against her, Grace must struggle to have her voice heard in a male-dominated corporate society and fight to create a safer work environment for future generations.
